To keep your feet healthy: Look at your feet each day with a mirror. Check for peeling, dry skin, or cracks. Dry your feet and between your toes after you shower to help prevent infections. Then use a good lotion to moisturize your feet (but not between your toes). Don’t leave nail polish on all year. Especially if you are topically treating them for nail fungus. Stretch your feet, ankles, and legs regularly to keep your muscles strong. If you have diabetes (high blood sugar), see a foot doctor regularly. Be active and eat healthy foods.
